Just like Bridget Jones

I identify myself a lot with Helen Fielding's character, Bridget Jones. Both of us are in our mid-30s, struggling with the constant battle with the bulge and of course wishing for a Daniel Cleaver or a Mark Darcy to come along. But unlike Bridget, I hardly find myself being occupied by the thought of men. Call it my constant denial that I can live without men, I am the complete independent woman and all that crap. Here I am hotshot lawyer in her groove and at the prime of her life!
Not! I got the lawyer part right, but if you're thinking Ally Mcbeal hotshot, think again. Mcbeal here is an armchair counselor with a bright mind (as others say) but still has a lot to learn about life notwithstanding the fact that she has lived all thirty-four years of it.
Back to Bridget, well just like her, I started my blog. A place where I shall put my musings…about nothing..Think Seinfeld…the show about nothing…
About nothing…which turns about to be something after all.
